Being able to meet and greet and know that the amount of
press my assigned talent gets is dependent on me are the highlights of my day.
The truth is it’s hard work. When you are in a room with of hundreds of
people things get hectic. Trying to shuffle through a room full of radio and TV
talent hungry for interviews and a number of talent that has management, a
publicist, label rep or agent, and an entourage of 4 plus the pressure is
really on to prove you can get the job done. I enjoy the experience for the hands on aspect it gives me. My goal is to have a thriving Public Relations & Management company someday. So to assist these great individuals and produce results for their talent is a opportunity I believe is worth having.
Out of all the award shows and events I have had the
opportunity to be a part of, to this day this has to be the best
experience. My hat goes off to Dial
Global formally Westwood One for the hard work they put into this event every
year. Their organization is impeccable. The one thing that I appreciate the most
is that I always walk away with assurance that I have performed a job well done
and that I’m in the career field that I WANT to be in.
